The only people who need to worry are the FAT CATS who run Insurance companies and not the ordinary man/woman.

May I suggest you read the entire health care bill. There is nothing sensible about it unless you like the government completely controlling your and your family’s heath care. It will affect every living American and future Americans.
READ THE BILL. This is not some right-wing and insurance fear tactic. They could never make their tactics as scary as the real bill that is being proposed.
I cannot emphasis this enough no matter which side politically you are on. READ the actual proposed bill.

Because I already pay 45% of my income to the various levels of government, and Democrats have never lowered my Taxes in NY State. They simply add them along with fees anytime a program is failing.
I own a small business and pay high premiums for my employees, but this plan will not only force me to continue those premiums, but will increase my taxes down the road. All this from a man who promised to help small businesses. I don’t want to be taxed so hard that I need his help. Pathetic.
Democrats idea of a “Fair wage”. I have to service 45% of my clients for the government.

Yeah! Who could be against “free” health care for all that only rich people will pay for. How could this possibly go bad? Here’s a hint: Even the White House admits that the math doesn’t work. Even if you tax the top 5% of earners at 100% (take every dime they make) you still can’t pay for this program. Guess what options that leaves?

I don’t claim to be a fat cat and have mentioned on this board quite a few times how I’m out of work right now. Obama’s plan doesn’t just effect ” Fat cat’s ” as you put it, it effects business who will be forced to carry insurance who can’t afford it. God bless.

Well compared to Warren Buffet and Bill Gates I am not rich. But since I used my GI small buasiness loan and now have a welding/sheetmetal business and 3 McDonald stores, I am easily clearing almost a mil a year after taxes and expenses.

I am not quite a high earner, but I have sense enough to know that this program will cost a great deal of money. Anyone that has a job in the private sector with a company medical plan will be affected.
