are there pet insurance companies that will pay for my cats vet visits without me paying anything out of pocket at the vets office? someplace where i can pay the monthly premiums and they give me a card or something that i can show to the vet and she’ll bill the insurance co.? in new york somewhere(preferably-brooklyn). thanks for all answers.

probably not because all pet insurance companies I know of have deductibles. this means you have to pay the first few hundred dollars in a calendar year before the coverage kicks in,

Suggest you check with your veterinarian or local Humane Society, they should be able to direct you to a source.
