i was in an accident 5 months ago and i final finished my chiro and acupuncture and physical therapy and had a CAT scan as well. the cost for those things are $15985. my car was totaled by an unisured motorclam since he had no insurance and he ******* hit my baby my car was only 8months old that asshole. the repair cost more than the car was worth it was around $40000 and the car new was $35900. so what should i be looking forward to.

I assume your insurance company has already settled the Collision claim with you, haven’t they? You should have received the ACV for the damage to the vehicle. However, some insurance company’s will offer to actually replace your vehicle if it is less than one year old and has less than 15K miles on it. Some will use the Bill of Sale and deduct for mileage. You cannot profit from the collision claim.
You do not state where the accident occurred. Do you have PIP coverage which has paid for your medical expenses? What exactly is you injury? In my experience, if you treated with these three providers, you have over treated. The treatment is redundant, and not entirely reasonable. Did this loss happen to occur in NY? This is typical treatment fueled by attorneys.
Anyway, the threshold requirements vary from state to state. Some are verbal, some are monetary and in others you have to sustain a serious injury. The definition of serious also varies.
