My vet recommended E&L insurance http://www.eandl.co.uk/
I’ve had no bother whatsoever claiming on it. You can choose which vet you go to and it is really reasonable. I went for the gold policy which is the highest level of cover and i think its around £6or£7 a month for my 8yr old cat. I think they do a discount for households with more than one pet. I know a few people with PetPlan (which is supposed to be the best) who have had loads of trouble claiming (had treatment that was supposed to be covered and company refused to pay) and my vet advised me against them. I would have a talk to your vet and see what they recommend x x

TESCO – that’s where we insure ours. I think I pay £6 per month on direct debit. You get clubcard points too! Though we’ve never had to claim, people say that they are very good insurers of all pets. Give it a look see…http://www.tescofinance.com/personal/fin…http://www.tesco.com/finance/
It says as little as £4.50 a month… no bad eh?
