or is the pass plus part of the driving test? i heard that it will reduce insurance be a few hundred quid, takes the piss insurance now, im 18 thinking about getting a 1.0 pegeout 106 as a first cat 1995 and it cost over £1600 (cheapest) to insure.

i’ve got a cat c car an i’m gonna finish repairing it soon i know that i can drive it to have its vic check if i have a mot and insurance but can i drive it to have its mot? (with insurance)
