The public health department will not provide the type of exam that this person needs to find out what’s wrong with him. He needs a private doctor, but do they see people without insurance and how much will it cost for a cat-scan, mri?

If you get it right off the bat most people think it’s worth it. Now veterinary visits costs so much, it’s great to get a little reimbursement for the necessary yearly things, not to mention the big time emergency stuff.
