My Cat Has Something Wrong With Him And I Dont Know What To Do :(?

My cat has been trying to be sick but his sick is yellow like there is nothing to come out so i think he may have something stuck in his throat i dont think its a hairball because he looks like its giving him quite a bit of pain. When i hear him breathe it sounds like his wheezing. He eats a little bit of his food but then starts choking again, he looks like his gagging because his throat keeps moving backwards and forwards. I’m really scared and i dont know what to do i am skint and he has no pet insurance i dont want him to be in any more pain. Please help!

2 Trees Fell On My House, I Don’t Have Any Money To Pay To My Insurance, What Do I Do?

2 trees feel on my house during a storm, they broke my backyard iron fence and are covering more than half of the ground of my lawn. They are just laying there.
They are not my trees, they belong to a small property area behind my lawn. Behind that property area is another house with a lawn. So I think this property belongs to government since its neither mine or of my neighbor behind me.
Now, I don’t know who to call? I don’t know any name or number for that property behind my house. The property is just a ground which is 30 or 40 feet long and 8-10 feet wide, and have long large trees, woods, and other junk on it.
Since the fence is broken a turtle have crossed and is living in my lawn. He must be living in that property area before along with some cats (I also believe the local cats live there at night ).
I have $1000 deductible for home insurance which means I might have to pay $1000 if I call my insurance. I only have $100 in my bank. I am sick diabetic man with no money

Cat Insurance You Don’t Need All The Injections For?

Does anyone know of a pet insurance I can take out for my kittens where they don’t need all the injections? The reason I ask is because my kitties are strictly indoors there is one injection they do not need. Most insurance companies state that they must have this injection for them to be covered but I don’t see the point in getting in done unneccisarily.
