A friend of mine was fired last week and is struggling with collecting unemployment insurance. In our State you have to apply in person, fill out all kinds of forms, and get interviewed by a case worker.
Anyway she went down to the unemployment office and was shocked how tacky it was. It was in a bad neighborhood and shares a building with the welfare office. She go all kinds of cat calls by the crowd hanging out in the hall and quickly drove away. She forced her self to come back the next day and found the office jammed with all these crazy looking people. She kept telling her self, “I am not like these people, I have a Masters Degree and have worked in fancy offices with professional people”
After two hours she was still waiting and decided to come back later. But as yet she can not get the courage to come back. Was it as bad for you?

Because Like Parents Neighbors Hate Each Other After suCH STUPID Reasons and like after a hole week my cat just started acting really lazy when she comes in and my parents thought he mightr have gave the cat rat poison i forgot the special word
But Yah i checked her heart rate and respiratory
Heart Rate is 140 and regular is 120-200
And Respiratory is 40 and regualr is 20-30
And should we take her to the vet and im not fer sure on the Respirator bc she kept on insisting fer me to stop(Inside Growl)
And if we get a blood test how much will it be with no animal insurance?
And yes she is fixed

Cat D After Accident 4 Years Ago…?

I had an accident about 4 years ago. My car was repaired by Ford through my insurance company, I was told everything was ok and all I had to do was pay my excess.
However I am just about to sell my car and it has been recorded as a CAT D – which is a write off and registered as a total loss, the insurance company however didn’t offer me any money or anything to the value of the car or didn’t even say it was a write off!!! Is this legal? and what do I do now?
There is being an investigation now between the garage and insurance company and the HPI company but when will become of this?

Cancelled Health Insurance Policy After Surgury Question?

My fiance just had spinal surgury (disk fusion). His insurance company he’s had for a year now, has just cancelled his health insurance but not before shouting preexisting condition. He heard this from the Neuromedial hospital when trying to get another CAT scan for checking up on the surgury.
Should we get a lawyer involved yet? Or should we wait it out for a more definite answer from the insurance company? I’d hate to just get married just so he’ll have health insurance under my policy.

It WILL NOT lower the price that it can be insured for.
It will reduce the maximum amount that they would pay out in the event of a total loss. That would be somewhat less than the amount for the identical car without the Cat C. Some companies will not cover Cat C cars.
