My fiance just had spinal surgury (disk fusion). His insurance company he’s had for a year now, has just cancelled his health insurance but not before shouting preexisting condition. It WILL NOT lower the price that it can be insured for. It will reduce the maximum amount that they would pay out in the event of a total loss. That would be somewhat less than the amount for the identical car without the Cat C. Some companies will not cover Cat C cars.

my mother- in -laws house burnt down this week and she lost everything including her 13 yr old beloved cat, insurance people came for the contents list, how long does that take before they will give her a check for the amount so she can begin replaceing things she lost???
