If A Car Is Recorded Cat C After An Accident Does It Affect Insurance Price?

It WILL NOT lower the price that it can be insured for. It will reduce the maximum amount that they would pay out in the event of a total loss. That would be somewhat less than the amount for the identical car without the Cat C. Some companies will not cover Cat C cars.
