I would only say if you have a pet that requires a lot of check ups, medical attention. Such as allergies, injuries, joint, hip problems, etc. It varies on the pet but some can cost over $20 a month. If you get shots as required and the cost is more than you will be better off but if you only go a couple times a year or less than 5 you do the math.

No, not for a cat. For a horse or other large animal I would recommend it (just because they’re more likely to have something go terribly wrong that would cost tons of $)

i think so. we got insurance on our dog and saved a lot of money already (its only been a month) as pets get older they need a lot more care and then it would defiantly be worth it.

i don’t think so …if you read the insurance very carefully most of them do not cover that many things.
