I’m Having My Cat Shipped Out Of State?

February 21st, 2010 → 6:32 am @ // 2 Comments

Now the shipping company is asking me to have these things prepared and I’m unsure what they are. What is the weight bill for a cat and how do I obtain it? What is a “bill of landing”? What do they mean when they say they need me to have a trolley? Also, what do they mean by “safety accessories” and “medical laboratory accessories”? How do I get a pet pick-up approval and license? And where do I get my insurance policy form???? I am expected to have all of these things very soon for when they come and pick up my cat. Please let me know what these things are and where I can get them.

Have you talked to someone at the shipping company about this? A lot of the phrases you use sound like they come from a form and they may not be applicable to shipping a cat. Since these sound like specific questions, I would ask someone at the company.

Well, obviously you should ask the shipping company about all of this.
I doubt anyone here can answer all your questions.
Call the company and ask them these questions.
