Having her spayed will calm her butt down, though. A Good cat can do a lot of damage to a dog, but sooner or later, she'll meet her match & get killed. My own cat vet does a lot of ferals and they have a system where they use a squeeze box and a short dose of anesthetic to be able to administer whatever they need to to a cat too wild to handle. Bring her in in a CARRIER so she's under control. Her attack on a dog is actually a liability against you and the dog's owner could sue you since YOUR property caused injury to his property. If she'd been under control his dog would not be injured. Since it happened at the vets, the vet is a target for a lawsuit as well. Technically they should have served papers on you if the cat was being held by you or in your possession at the time. NO vaccination changes a cat.
