It is possible that may have something to do with your policy being canceled. If it was for a missed payment and you have the proof that it was indeed paid,then you should fight it. If thats the reason and you have proof that you paid in money order, then this should be easily resolved by contacting someone in upper management, as they will see that tey cannot do that.
