not if it wasn’t damaged. Damage and “salvage” titles cause problems. but anything NOT affecting looks, use is generally fine.

No it shouldn’t affect the price of the policy or the ability to insure the vehicle at all.
As all cat d’s can be put back on the road without inspection and cat c’s need to be inspected by the Vehicle Inspectorate, they are regarded as being repaired to their original build quality.
I’ve never had a problem insuring any vehicle I’ve repaired.
