Once done and put through a VIC check you shouldn’t have any problems. It will always be recorded as “damaged repaired” at DVLA, by the way. Why not ring your insurer and ask, though from experience they aren’t concerned.

if its been repaired and has had a VIC check then it shud be the same insurance as any other 2005 car
