It depends. If it is a stray cat then no. If you know who the cat belongs to then that person would be liable for your injury.
The Condo Association policy would not be liable. Even if they were you would not want to put in a claim because they would raise the premium and the amount you pay for your Association Insurance. That means you would pay more out of your own pocket for the Insurance on Condo Association Insurance Policy. Don’t put ever put in a claim on the Association policy unless its a big one.
If you have your own condo unitowners policy the injury does cover you. But you should have a condo unitowner policy to protect you against fire, theft of your property and liability. If you don’t have one, talk to your insurance agent that handles your auto insurance for a quote first.

Your health insurance, yes. The owner of the cat’s liability insurance, yes, as long as they don’t live with you. Your condo insurance, no.

Cat bites can be dangerous. See a doctor right away – especially if you have swelling. Your medical insurance covers it.
