I don’t know where you live but in my area many of the counties were declared disaster areas by the government. You may be able to get assistance from them by filling out the appropriate forms. I would also contact the American red cross. They may have funds available. I would even try to contact local churches. Many times you can get assistance from them in situations beyond your con troll such as this. Good luck.

A turtle has crossed and is living in your lawn an you are worried about this..?
Since the trees are not your and are from the other yard, call the city (usually city hall or the city clerks office) and ask them how owns the property and then call then and talk to them about the damage that was done to your place.. They should be the one paying for it.

Call the city and ask about tree removal. There are departments (the parks department I believe) who will come and cut the trees into chunks and haul them away. They often have to do this to properties in my city because the trees roots are so shallow.
Was there damage to your home or the waterlines/plumbing on your property? Would it cost more to file an insurance claim or fix the fence?

Go to your city or county clerk’s office and you can find out who owns the property.
Then depending on the state you are in the property owner could be responsible for the damage to your property.
Or, sue the turtle.
